What is it about?
VUB TechTransfer launched, with funding obtained from the Flemish Government, a call for proposals for financial support in developing your EU project to promote collaboration with other EUTOPIA partners. The call is continuously open, funding per project of up to 10.000€ can be granted and the call will be handled by ERIS-TechTransfer.
What are the eligible criteria and how to submit?
The eligibility criterion for this funding is that you prepare and submit an EU proposal in Horizon Europe (Pillar II and Pillar III) with at least 2 EUTOPIA partners (including VUB) in the consortium. Eligible costs are VUB-personnel cost and costs for travelling to visit the other EUTOPIA partner(s) in the consortium or to organise a consortium meeting at VUB.

By When do we need your application?
Applications can be submitted for EU proposals max. 4 and at least 1 month before the deadline of the EU call.
Evaluation, selection and payment?
Evaluation and selection of your application will be executed by the ERIS-TechTransfer team and the decision will be communicated within 10 working days. Granted funding will be paid to the PI after submission of the EU proposal, in other words, after delivering proof for the eligibility criteria (proposal submitted and at least 2 EUTOPIA partners involved).
