10h - 11h: Info session on Flemish funding for strategic and applied research
- During this info session, VUB TechTransfer will guide you through the different funding possibilities in Flanders for strategic and applied research at FWO (SBO, TBM), VLAIO, the Flemish Spearhead Clusters and the Industrial Research Fund (IOF).
11h - 12h: Info session on Strategic Basic Research (FWO-SBO)
- The Strategic Basic Research (SBO) program from FWO focuses on Innovative research which, if scientifically succesful, will create prospects for economic or societal applications. The SBO program breaks down into two finality parts: projects with a societal finality or projects with an economic finality. The projects with economic finality can be aimed at valorization at existing companies or towards a spin-off.
- Join us for this info session where VUB TechTransfer will share practical insights and tips & tricks for this call. We will duscuss the support VUB TechTransfer can offer and there will be time to ask questions.
12h - 13h: Lunch + Q&A - TechTransfer officers Liesbeth Bosman and Mieke De Volder will be available for further questions or to discuss your project idea.
