Seppe is a PhD student at the VUB at the mechanical department in the Robotic & MultyBody (R&MM) research group, part of BruBotics. Through a collaboration with the Physical Chemistry and Polymer Science (FYSC) research group, he conducts a multidisciplinary research on the development of self-healing robotic concepts.
This research is now funded by PhD Fellowship of the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO).
