What is this workshop about?
This Grant Writing Workshop will provide practical guidance on how to write a successful European proposal for applied research in Science and Engineering, Life Sciences and the Social Sciences and Humanities.
Target audience?
This workshop mainly targets postdoctoral researchers, ZAPs, and academic assistants who aim to apply for European funding in the upcoming months, or who have already applied for European funding in the past but want to further improve their grant writing skills.
How is the workshop structured?
The workshop consists of two days, the 12th and 13th of February, 2025.
- The first day, Wednesday 12th of February: Theory day
- A general, theory day on how to write a successful proposal
- A general, theory day on how to write a successful proposal
- The second day, Thursday 13th of February: Hands-on workshop
- The theory put into practice: A hands-on workshop in smaller groups divided per research domain: Science and Engineering, Life Sciences and the Social Sciences and Humanities.
To ensure high-quality and personalized training and feedback, the places for the hands-on workshop are limited to 15 people per group.
