VUB meets Vietnamese research community Monday 30/09/2019 On September 11 the Hanoi University of Science & Technology received a visit of a VUB delegation, to raise knowledge and technology transfer awareness in the Vietnamese research community. This networking event is in the framework of VETEC project (Vietnamese - European Knowledge and Technology Transfer Consortium) - under the Erasmus + Key Action 2 program funded by the European Union. New science & technology center in the pipeline Thursday 19/09/2019 Vicerector Hugo Thienpont will give the old school building in Oetingen a new meaning by establishing a STEAM academy (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). Official foundation of the Green Energy Park Monday 08/07/2019 On Thursday the 4th of July VUB and UZ Brussel officially founded the non-profit organization 'Green Energy Park', the future living lab for green energy and mobility, the hospital of the future, smart cities and smart AI technologies.
